💐 Orders & Delivery
Q: Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout the Greater Boston area, including Lynn, Salem, Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston proper. Not sure if we cover your area? Reach out to us at 617-LUV-BLOOM or use the contact form!
Q: When will my flowers arrive?
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed by 11 AM. Otherwise, we’ll deliver on the next available business day. You’ll receive a delivery window and tracking details by email or text.
Q: Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We can’t guarantee exact times, but we do our best to accommodate special requests—leave a note at checkout or contact us directly and we’ll try to make it happen!
Q: What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
No worries! We’ll leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot and notify the recipient via text. If that’s not possible, we’ll contact you to reschedule.
🌿 Subscriptions
Q: How do flower subscriptions work?
Choose your bouquet size and how often you’d like it delivered—weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We handpick fresh seasonal blooms every time to keep things exciting!
Q: Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Of course! You can pause, skip a delivery, or cancel anytime through your customer portal. Need help? Just email us or chat with our team.

Q: Do you do weddings or events?

Q: Can I request custom bouquets?
Absolutely. If you’re looking for something specific—certain flowers, colors, or themes—just leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.

Q: What is your refund policy?
We guarantee freshness! If your blooms arrive damaged or not up to our standards, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payments are securely processed through our site.
